Unfortunately, due to a very low runner commitment, we are forced to cancel the above-captioned event on March 17. We are a small all volunteer non-profit organization and for us to hold an event on which we could conceivably lose money is not a gamble that we are in a position to take. While we are very sorry to have to cancel this event, and we are working with itsyourrace to ensure that each and every one of your are reimbursed for 100% of your financial commitment.
Hopefully you all understand, and are not too inconvenienced by this change. Believe me, we wish it would have turned out differently. Feel free to contact me with questions or comments.
